Best Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

Luscious Fruity CheesecakeCrust- 1½ cups (375 ml) Chocolate or graham wafer crumbs
- ¼ cup (60 ml)brown sugar
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) butter or margarine, melted
Fillling:- 1 8 oz. (225 g) cream cheese
- 1 can Eaglebrand sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) lemon juice
- 1 cup (250 ml) whipping cream, whipped
Preheat oven to 357º F/190º C. In small bowl, blend together crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press crumb mixture onto sides and bottom of a 9" spring-form or square pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until well blended. Spread over cooled crust and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until set. Top with Cherry pie filling, or filling of your choice. OR you may decorate with fresh fruit and a dollop of whipped cream Makes 8 to 10 servings
